How much do TwinkExa courses cost?
Every course has two batches: Star at ₹60,000 a year (about ₹164 a day) and Star Max at ₹80,000 a year (about ₹219 a day). The fee is a one-time annual payment, and the registration fee is included.
Should I choose a board course or an entrance (JEE / NEET / MHT-CET) course in Class 11 or 12?
Choose a board course if school and board marks are your main goal. Choose a JEE, NEET or MHT-CET course if you are preparing for that exam; these batches teach your board syllabus too, so you do not need both.
Are classes live or recorded?
Core subjects are taught live, 5 days a week with 2 classes a day of about 1 hour 15 minutes, and every live class is recorded for revision until your batch’s access date.
In which language are classes taught?
Most courses are taught in Hinglish, a mix of Hindi and English, with notes and tests in English. IGCSE courses are taught in English with Hindi explanations where helpful.
Are TwinkExa courses online only?
Yes. All classes run on the TwinkExa app and website, so students from any city or state can join from home.
Can I try a class before paying?

Can I get a refund?
No. Fees are non-refundable once payment succeeds and access is given. Money is returned only for payment errors reported within 7 days, or if TwinkExa cancels a batch before it starts; see twinkexa.com/refund-policy.

- No refunds for change of mind, missed classes, using only part of the course, change of school, board or city, device or internet problems, or expiry of access.
- Payment errors (double charge, money debited but course not activated, or charged more than the shown price): email care@twinkexa.com within 7 days with your name, mobile number, transaction ID and payment screenshot. After verification the amount is returned within 7–10 working days.
- If TwinkExa cancels a batch before it starts, you can move to another batch of equal value or get the amount back within 7–10 working days.
- Access is personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Batch changes are at TwinkExa's discretion, and any price difference must be paid.
